I've been painting on the road for a long time and this has been my favorite kit to work out of. Each job is different, and each work environment is different so i like being well prepared, having a kit that holds a lot of my gear helps me out from needing to walk back and forth to my car to grab more. I was packing my kit up for a fun large job and thought maybe people would like to see what i...

Human Bezier Curve Great skills! I bet you do Coachwork too!
So hard... That Gold leaf rips so easily!
Watching your videos makes me want to make more videos!
Fantastic work! Way to short!
I’m 52 yrs old and absolutely loved how you taught this. Love pinstriping from my younger days and to see it done like this has inspired me to start. So thank you!
Lefty power i love it we are a special bunch.
Left handed
Left handed lady great job!!
Офигеть!! Чётко👍
beautiful!
¡Que buena mano! ❤
I'm so used to watching mirrored videos that it took me until you were almost done with the 7 before I realized the text was right way around and you were left handed! Very clean work, and it looks great.
The tool to steady your hand is genius
Its a Mahl Stick. I used to do signs.
Echt vakmanschap!!
Okay, first off: amazing. Skill on point. But, what kind of which craft is this full coverage white paint?!?
This is sign painting and the paint i used is urethane based paint called Hot Hues made by axalta
The only thing that would make this better for me was if it was in slooooowww motion
Glad your Back. Nice Work. STAYSAFE PHILLYPHILLY 🇺🇸 FLYEAGLESFLY GOBIRDS

I thought they were closing Strasburg railroad? I don’t get through much anymore but swear I heard that or read that
They are full steam ahead. I've been doing contract work for them going about 3 years now. They have been super busy.
You lay it down with such confidence and authority. Very nicely executed.
Thank you ❤️
Smooth. So smooth. Pure talent.
So much better than vinyl.
Agree 😄
Looks amazing!
Beautiful work and attention to detail. Thanks for sharing.
Talent beyond compare...
i really enjoy your informative teaching style!
Awesome job, I wish I had an art teacher when I was younger as thorough as you are. Thank you.
Beautiful work ❤
If you'd like to check out another design painter that plays some swinging guitar as well, look into Tal Farlow.
A great video Jen, I am going to give pin striping ago at 57 years and at the moment I am reading, searching & watching artists as much as I can to learn how to do it. I have to say that your videos are far more insightful s you have a very easy teaching style, please keep them coming!
Jen, who is the musical group?
Thank you for the great demonstration. Just subscribed to your channel.
Muy Genial 👍😀
Great job. That playlist is 🔥. Wish I knew the artists.
thanks, i thought that using epidemic sound (a paid music service) they automatically listed the music artists when uploaded to youtube, sorry about that! I will take that into consideration moving forward so i can list the music.
Why do most use the "One shot",??? is it different somehow?
is it different compared to what?
Jen. We appreciate you. Thanks for the ideas. Keep it up doll babby
Thanks for posting this! I am also left-handed so I’m glad this is the first video I checked out.
Hi Jen ... Great video. I am learning a lot. Can I use lacquer thinner to clean my brush ?
yes you can but Lacquer isnt what it used to be and may not cut the enamel paint very well. If you do end up using it and see color still sticking on the the hairs try to get some reducer 1 shot sells or a universal urethane reducer it will do a better job at cleaning, then oil right away
I striped for about 10 years, and had a decent little "career" locally. Striping at Autoramas and GG shows as well as numerous local smaller club shows etc. Worked along side Artie, Kelly, Real Ralph, and some real legends at panel Jams and charity events. Not until I watched this video did I know that I was holding the brush "backwards. I striped all types of stuff, cars, bikes, purses, panels, shoes, pretty much if it was still and not greasy it got the treatment. No one ever noticed, and i never asked. I put the brushes down for a while, focused on music, but recently have been getting sought out by some old contacts and pulled put the kit again. I remember when you were just getting "noticed" and coming on the scene, and WOW what a career you've made for yourself!!! Bravo to you 👏 👏 👏! The point I'm making is more for your other viewers. Its never too late to learn from the many talented artists that you'll encounter working in this field, regardless of "how long" they have been at it.
I was struggling to think that I was holding the brush upside-down. As it turns out, I wasn't. I had to go pick one up. I realized it was the video that made it look weird to me. Regardless my final point still stands.
Badass... I just found my newest addiction and ordered basics yesterday. Loved the video look forward to watching more. ❤
I'm a beginner, so there were some parts I didn't understand. I'm curious and wondering why the white sketch can be transferred to the car when you stick a pencil-drawn sketch on white paper onto the car and rub it. Can someone tell me?pleaseplease!
i kind of explained a little bit in the video, the paper was pounced which is making little holes along the design on the paper, then i taped the pattern to the truck door and rubbed a chalk on the paper, the chalk finds itself going thru the holes i burned earlier. That is how the design is transfered
@HotRodJenPinstriping Hi, I am truly grateful to you. You taught me your very valuable technique so kindly. I think I should be very grateful for this. Thank you so much. I am really looking forward to practicing. Thank you.🙏❤️
UNBELIEVABLE ARTIST ❤
DAM GIRL YOU ARE GOOD ❤
Easy off will take it off
NO REGERTs.
Do you have fast activator?
there is 1 activator, and it sets up plenty fast when used 3:1, if you want to slow it down you can add a little more activator or use the reducers
Can you use any urethane activator or reducer made for urethane?
its usually best to stick with what the paint calls for
hello Jen where can I order hot hues from, thank you and Merry Christmas.
Great job
